maint: bump version number for 1.3.4 release.

* DESCRIPTION: bump version number, remove autoload line (leave it to the
default), change email address from the closed mailing list to Octave Forge
to Octave maintainers.
* NEWS: change version number 1.3.3 to 1.3.4 to avoid doubts in the future
what was in what version (1.3.3 was never officially released).
