regex: merge glibc changes Also, copy the license wording from glibc. This simplifies merging changes. gnulib-tool will change the wording to GPL as appropriate, when importing it to other packages. The only glibc change made since the last merge, which needs merging, is: 2012-05-24 Andreas Schwab <schwab@linux-m68k.org> * lib/regex_internal.h (gettext): Remove use of INTUSE.
