vma-iter: Add support for Android.
* lib/vma-iter.h (VMA_ITERATE_SUPPORTED): Define on Android as well.
* lib/vma-iter.c: Treat Android like Linux.
* lib/get-rusage-data.c (get_rusage_data): Likewise.
