use QOpenGLWidget if it is available
* acinclude.m4 (OCTAVE_CHECK_QT_OPENGL_OK): Check for QOpenGlWidget.
* GLCanvas.h, GLCanvas.cc (GLCanvas): Use QOpenGLWidget if it is
available. Error both QOpenGLWidget and QGLWidget are missing.
