regexp: Be more thorough in detecting named patterns.
* liboctave/util/lo-regexp.cc (regexp::compile_internal): Check more thoroughly
if named pattern expressions are complete before adapting syntax.
* libinterp/corefcn/regexp.cc (Fregexp): Add tests.
