Use python2. Set installation prefix. * src/build-mako.mk: Use python2. Set installation prefix. * src/build-markupsafe.mk: Use python2. Set installation prefix. * src/mesa.mk: Windows rule depends on scons. Use python2. * src/nsis.mk: Depend on scons. Use python2.
