gallery.m: repair functions randsvd(), pei(), kms(), hanowa(), gearmat().
* scripts/special-matrix/gallery.m: add qmult() auxiliary function called by randsvd(), edit incorrect argument test for gearmat(), rename incorrect variable assignments in pei(), kms(), hanowa().
