(elem_xpow (const SparseMatrix&, const SparseMatrix&), elem_xpow (const SparseComplexMatrix&, const SparseMatrix&), elem_xpow (const SparseMatrix&, const SparseComplexMatrix&), elem_xpow (const SparseComplexMatrix&, const SparseComplexMatrix&)): Forward to scalar_xpow if first arg is 1x1. New tests.
