build: Use texinfo.tex from gnulib instead of manually imported version
* doc/texinfo.tex: Delete.
* doc/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove texinfo.tex from the list.
* doc/interpreter/Makefile.am, doc/liboctave/Makefile.am (TEXINFO_TEX):
Delete unnecessary definition.
