	* dMatrix.cc (Matrix::inverse, Matrix::determinant, Matrix::solve):
	Force result of rcond + 1.0 to be stored.
	* CMatrix.cc (ComplexMatrix::inverse, ComplexMatrix::determinant,
	ComplexMatrix::solve): Likewise.
