use yes/no instead of true/false in confgure scripts * acinclude.m4 (OCTAVE_CHECK_LIB, OCTAVE_ENABLE_READLINE, OCTAVE_PROG_TEXI2PDF): Use yes/no instead of true/false for consistency with autoconf macros.
