gnuplot_drawnow.m: When printing, pass scalar plot_stream to __gnuplot_draw_figure__, and close all plot streams when done.

There are binary packages for Debian, Fedora, and other GNU/Linux
distributions.

Octave should build cleanly from source on most GNU/Linux systems.
