rename yTYPE_value functions strict_TYPE_value
* ov.h, ov.cc (octave_value::strict_int_value): Rename from yint_value.
Change all uses.
(octave_value::strict_idx_type_value): Rename from yidx_type_value.
Change all uses.
(octave_value::strict_bool_value): Rename from ybool_value.
Change all uses.
