use template keyword to handle dependent template names
* sparse-qr.cc (sparse_qr<SPARSE_T>::tall_solve): Use template keyword
to treat tall_solve as a dependent template name.
(sparse_qr<SPARSE_T>::wide_solve): Likewise, for wide_solve.
