Set "tight" axes limits by default for pcolor() plot (bug #64244)
* NEWS.9.md: Announce change in Matlab Compatibility section.
* pcolor.m: Set axes properties "[xyz]limitmethod" to "tight" so that
plot just encompasses the given data.
