use "#if defined (HAVE_FOO)" instead of "#if HAVE_FOO" for feature tests
* configure.ac (HAVE_HDF5_INT2FLOAT_CONVERSIONS): AC_DEFINE here.
* ls-hdf5.cc (HAVE_HDF5_INT2FLOAT_CONVERSION): Delete definition.
