GUI: Display dialog if deleting or renaming a file fails (bug #61225).
* libgui/src/files-dock-widget.cc (files_dock_widget::contextmenu_rename,
files_dock_widget::contextmenu_delete): Display dialog if deleting or renaming
a file fails.
