use nullptr instead of NULL or 0 in a few more places
* QWinTerminalImpl.cpp, oct-procbuf.cc, audioread.cc, jit-typeinfo.cc,
lo-sysdep.cc, url-transfer.cc, shared-fcns.h: Replace NULL and 0 with
nullptr where appropriate.
