sparse-chol.cc: Fix minor syntax error to compile with older gcc
* sparse-chol.cc (sparse_chol<SparseComplexMatrix>::sparse_chol): Remove
unnecessary "typename" keyword in explicit template declaration, fails to
compile with older versions of gcc.
