rename Backend to qt_graphics_toolkit
* qt-graphics-toolkit.h, qt-graphics-toolkit.cc: Rename from Backend.h
and Backend.cc. Change all uses.
(class qt_graphics_toolkit): Rename from Backend. Change all uses.
* libgui/graphics/module.mk: Update.
