move hook function classes inside octave namespace * hook-fcn.h, hook-fcn.cc (class base_hook_function, class hook_function, class named_hook_function, class fcn_handle_hook_function, class hook_function_list): Move inside octave namespace. Provide (deprecated) typedefs for backward compatibility. Change all uses.
