merge "namespace octave" and OCTAVE_NAMESPACE_BEGIN/END blocks In files with both OCTAVE_NAMESPACE_BEGIN/END and "namespace octave" blocks, merge adjacent blocks. Use the macros in place of "namespace octave" in affected files and the corresponding header files.
