Remove CPPFLAGS from AM_CPPFLAGS which causes CPPFLAGS to appear twice during compile. * libcruft/Makefile.am, liboctave/Makefile.am, src/Makefile.am: Remove instantiation of CPPFLAGS in AM_CPPFLAGS.
