style fixes
* oct-fstrm.cc, oct-fstrm.h, oct-iostrm.cc, oct-iostrm.h,
oct-stream.cc, oct-stream.h, oct-strstrm.h, procstream.cc,
procstream.h: Use m_ prefix for member variable names and other minor
style fixes.
