maint: indent functions declared in the pytave namespace
* oct-py-eval.cc, oct-py-eval.h, oct-py-types.cc, oct-py-types.h,
oct-py-util.cc, oct-py-util.h: Indent functions declared in the pytave
namespace, adjust line wrap where necessary.
