maint: Silence some compiler warnings in libgui.
* ContextMenu.cc (ContextMenu::ContextMenu): Delete unused variable up.
* gl-select.cc (opengl_selector::init_marker): Use 'sz' instead of 'size' to
avoid shadowed variable warning.
