also provide builtin type to class traits
* ov-base.h, ov-base.cc (btyp_to_class): New template.
(DEF_BTYP_TRAITS): Rename from DEF_CLASS_TO_BTYP. Provide
specializations for both class_to_btyp and btyp_to_class.
(btyp_class_name): End list with "unknown".
