maint: Strip trailing spaces and add missing EOL to all files.
* README, NEWS.6.md, RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md, README.md, besselj.cc, Array.h,

Strip trailing spaces.
* command-widget.cc, led-indicator.cc, led-indicator.h:
Add missing EOL to files.
