inttypes: omit now-redundant strtoimax and strtoumax work * m4/inttypes.m4 (gl_INTTYPES_H): Do not check for strtoimax and strtoumax decls; gl_FUNC_STRTOIMAX and gl_FUNC_STRTOUMAX now do this.
