Updates for nsis build and installer creation
* makeinst-script.sh: Added installer icon.
* mk-dist: Changed call for sh makeinst-script.sh to use $SHELL, and print out when completed successfully.
* src/uuid.mk: remove libuuid.dll.a after install of libuuid.dll
