start Octave with the '--gui' command-line option when starting the GUI (bug #53369)
* installer-files/octave-firsttime.vbs: Run octave-gui.exe with '--gui'.
* installer-files/octave.bat: Likewise.
* installer-files/octave.vbs: Likewise.
