delete unused obsolete code
* lex.h, lex.ll (stream_reader): Delete unused class declaration.
(cleanup_parser): Delete unused function and declaration.
(match_any): Delete unused static function.
* toplev.cc (do_octave_atexit): Don't call cleanup_parser.
